Webshop Customer’s Account

  1. CUSTOMER will be required to register his personal information to allow him to register Webshop account and to make an order or purchase. For more information about how EVIONICA stores and uses CUSTOMER data, CUSTOMER may read EVIONICA’s privacy statement here.
  2. CUSTOMER is responsible for ensuring that the details he provides to EVIONICA with are correct and complete, are not falsified in any way, and must inform EVIONICA of any changes to the information which has been provided.
  3. When using EVIONICA Webshop service, CUSTOMER is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account and password and for restricting access to his computer, and to the extent permitted by applicable law CUSTOMER agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under his account or password. CUSTOMER should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform EVIONICA immediately if has any reason to believe that his password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be used in an unauthorized manner.
  4. EVIONICA reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or remove or edit content if CUSTOMER are in breach of applicable laws, these Terms and conditions, EVIONICA product Terms of use, or EVIONICA company guidelines and policies.

CBT Pricing

  1. All prices listed on the website are in EUR currency.
  2. In order to effect a purchase through EVIONICA Webshop, payment must be made in advance through EVIONICA online payment partner which is currently PayPal. CUSTOMER may use a registered PayPal account, or alternatively can pay by credit card via PayPal without using a registered PayPal account. CUSTOMER may pay via wire transfer only if individually arranged and agreed with EVIONICA.


  1. Poland or Austria based customers are charged PL VAT or AT VAT at appropriate rate on all EVIONICA products.
  2. CUSTOMERS from EU member states other than the PL or AT are charged PL or AT VAT at appropriate rate on all products, unless CUSTOMERS are ordering on behalf of a business enterprise registered for VAT and are able to provide proof of country code and VAT registration number. If CUSTOMERS are ordering via a business that is VAT registered you may contact our sales department sales@evionica.com for a manual invoice to be sent to CUSTOMER for payment.
  3. A VAT invoice is sent to CUSTOMERS by e-mail when their order is shipped.
  4. Orders received from outside the EU may have customs charges upon delivery.

CBT Order Acknowledgement

  1. An order placed on the website will be acknowledged by e-mail to a CUSTOMER’s e-mail address.
  2. The order becomes confirmed at the time of dispatch. All products are available online and are ready to use as only payment process is finished formally and with success.
  3. If there are any problems with a CUSTOMER’S order, the CUSTOMER will be contacted by our sales department.

CBT Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. CBT materials are only eligible for refund within seven days of the purchase date, provided the product has not been used during that time period. When a refund is granted, EVIONICA will remove access to the CBT and CUSTOMER’S money will be refunded via the same method used to make the original purchase. Any request for a refund outside of these terms will be considered on a case by case basis by EVIONICA.

Purchases & Terms of CBT use

  1. It is the responsibility of CUSTOMERS purchasing computer software (e.g. CBT products) to check, prior to purchase, that the software ordered is compatible with CUSTOMER’S computer system.
  2. All computer-based training (CBT) purchased is delivered to the CUSTOMER under the terms of a software as a service (SaaS) User License which stipulates that the CBT is for the personal use of the CUSTOMER only. When a CUSTOMER purchases CBT, he buys a License to use the CBT data for his personal use only. The CUSTOMER does not own the CBT data.At all times, the data remains the property of and the copyright of EVIONICA.
  3. The purchase of a SaaS User Licence does not allow CBT to be used for group training or multiple users. The general license rule is, each CBT must have separate single license for each individual user. Different arrangements may be applied only if otherwise stated and agreed with EVIONICA.   4. CUSTOMERS purchasing CBT software should not resell or reproduce the CBT in any form or medium, copy, store in a retrieval system, lend, hire, rent, transmit or adapt the CBT, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of EVIONICA.
